Want to help the shelter earn extra money? Don't have a lot of money to donate? Here are a couple of simple solutions!

Goodsearch is a search engine similar to Google or Yahoo. In a nutshell, every time you use Goodsearch to look for something on the internet, Goodsearch will donate a penny to the shelter. Goodsearch is very simple to use, and will allow you to help those less fortunate without costing you anything. All you have to do is click the link to the right, select High Desert Homeless Services as your charity and follow the instructions.

Do you use the internet to shop? Purchasing through Goodshop is another great way to help the shelter. Numerous stores participate in the program, so it's easy to find what you need and help the shelter at the same time. Here's how it works: Click on the link to the right. Select High Desert Homeless Services as your charity, choose the store you want to visit and make your purchases as you normally would. That participating store will then donate a percentage of your purchase to the shelter. How easy is that?
